We are a Spanish comprehensive marketing and communication agency that does things differently. We prefer to go Incognito and not stand out, but we’re there.  

We’ve combined the experience and innovation of brilliant minds in the sector to provide the best of the best incommunication, corporate strategy, marketing, and social media and digital media advertising.  

Our Team

We are a multidisciplinary team, made up of experts in different areas of communication: from content generation to SEO, configuration and activation of digital advertising campaigns, podcasting and crisis communication.

Incógnito is led by Carlos Molina and Jorge López, two veteran professionals in the sector who have joined forces in this project to create a different, flexible and digital communication and marketing agency, designed to respond to the challenges faced by companies, whether they are startups, national or multinational companies in the B2B and B2C fields.

Carlos Molina

Carlos Molina is the managing director of Incógnito. He has been dedicated to the world of public relations and strategic corporate communication for over 20 years.

Trained journalist with experience in technology and economics publications, he has worked on the design and development of strategic communication plans for companies in all types of sectors, including several Ibex-35 firms.

He is passionate about training, and it is not difficult to see him on university course faculties, business schools and industry associations giving classes on digital marketing, internal communication, or storytelling. Secretly, he loves tennis, airplanes, and certain manga comics.

Jorge López

Jorge López M-C is the director of Strategy at Incognito. His passion for communication comes from afar. A business journalist, he made the leap to the “dark side” more than two decades ago. He opened the Spanish subsidiary of one of the most important communication agencies in Europe, of which he was Senior VP for EMEA.

His background and experience with all kinds of companies is extensive: technology multinationals, large hotel chains, startups, and mass consumer goods companies. He never tires of learning, innovating, and helping his clients adapt to achieve their business goals.

If you talk to him about basketball or Marvel comics, you may have gained more than just his attention.

What brings us together

We are a fluid multi-disciplinary team. At the helm of Incógnito is Carlos Molina. Our CEO has dedicated two decades of his life to communication and marketing undertaking projects for tech companies, start-ups, industrial companies, FMCG brands, Ibex-35 traded companies and corporations in a range of sectors.  

We’re growing and looking fortalented peoplewho want to join our project. We like to work with people that are willing to share their knowledge and continue learning. We want Incógnito to bring together creative communication professionals with the desire to innovate,but who don’t want to forgo enjoying their work.
