What is the Digital Kit?

The Digital Kit Programme is an initiative of the Spanish Government under the “Next Generation EU” funds within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

It takes the form of a direct financial aid plan for SMEs and self-employed professionals. Intended to subsidise the implementation or optimisation of solutions to accelerate the digital transformation of businesses through value-added technological services.

Grants

Grants range from €2,000 to €12,000, depending on the category of services requested and the profile of the applicant. Once granted, they can be used by hiring the services of a Digitisation Agent, as is the case of Incógnito.

A Digitalising Agent is a company adhered to the Acelera Pyme programme to provide one of the services included in the Digital Kit.

What services can we provide?

Incognito provides services in the following solutions categories:

Website and internet visibility

*Website design: website structure, minimum of three sections, installation of plugins, content writing.
* Domain: contracting and management of web domain for at least 12 months.
* Hosting: hosting of your website on our servers for at least 12 months.
* Responsive web design: adaptation of the website to any device.
* Basic internet positioning: indexing by the main search engines.
* Self-manageable: content management through a standard CMS (WordPress).
* Search engine optimisation (basic SEO): keyword analysis, on-page SEO of site pages, indexing and content ranking.
Who we work with: companies and professionals in Segments I, II and III.

Price: from €2,000.

Social media management

* Social media plan: conceptualisation and development of the social media strategy.
* Social media monitoring: active listening of digital channels through specialised tools and generation of alerts.
* Social media audit: analysis of the company's social media presence to study its optimisation.
* Social network management: content planning, writing, graphic creativities, programming and profile response in at least one social network.
* Publication of posts on social networks: scheduling and publication of status updates (minimum 4-8 per month).

Price: services starting at €2,000 or €2,000/month.

How to apply for your Digital Kit

Follow the steps below to access your Digital Kit:

  1. Register at acelerapyme.gob.es
  2. Take the digital self-diagnosis test to find out your level of digitalisation.
  3. Consult the solutions available to you through the programme.
  4. Carry out the online procedures to apply for your Digital Kit voucher.
  5. Consult the catalogue of Digitising Agents that are members of the programme.
  6. Contact the selected Digitising Agent.

FAQs about the digital kit

It is an initiative of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation developed by the public body Red.es, part of the Secretary of State for Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence. This initiative is part of the SME Digitalisation Plan, which was activated in 2021 and will run until 2025. It is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as self-employed professionals, providing training in digital skills and business advice in this area.

Acelera Pyme provides different useful tools for its recipients, such as courses, practical information and aid, such as the Digital Kit.

From the European Union, through the funds of the “Next Generation EU” recovery plan, within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan activated by the Government of Spain. The system of this Plan is configured in accordance with the provisions of article 9 of Order HFP/1030/2022 of 29 September.

From 15 March 2022 and during the next six months.

Companies and professionals in one of the following beneficiary segments are eligible to apply:

  • Segment I. SMEs from 10 to less than 50 employees.
  • Segment II. SMEs or microenterprises from 3 to less than 10 employees.
  • Segment III. SMEs or micro-enterprises from 1 to less than 3 employees, as well as self-employed persons (self-employed professionals).

Each type of service has an assigned maximum. You can check the grants here. In addition, each segment of beneficiaries can get a different bonus:

  • Segment I: €12,000
  • Segment II: 6.000 €.
  • Segment III: 2.000 €.
  • You must be a small business, microenterprise or self-employed.
  • You must comply with the financial and effective limits that define the categories of companies.
  • You must be registered and have the minimum length of service established by the call for applications.
  • You must not be considered a company in crisis.
  • You must be up to date with your tax and Social Security obligations.
  • You must not be subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission that has declared an illegal and incompatible with the common market.
  • You must not be subject to any of the prohibitions set out in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Law on Subsidies.
  • You must not exceed the de minimis (small amount) aid limit.

No, it does not entail any cost, except for the part of the service contracted to the Digitising Agent that is not subsidised through the digital voucher.

The grant will depend on the profile of each applicant, the type of services they are interested in and the availability of funds. These will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until the amount available for the Digital Kit is exhausted. This first call is endowed with 500 million euros.

The beneficiary will assign to the Digitising Agent the part of the subsidy obtained, and will pay the costs that are not subsidised.

Once the digital voucher has been received, beneficiary companies and self-employed workers will have six months to use it, with up to five services (maximum one per category).
