Incógnito, an independent communications and marketing agency, has become the new agency responsible for the communications strategy and media relations of the Spanish company FeelFree.
FeelFree is a leader in the management of exclusive properties in San Sebastian and Baqueira, available by the day or by the month (holiday and seasonal). The company was founded in 2005 by Juan Ramón Vega, CEO, and Carlos Villalain, Director of Strategy and Business Development. FeelFree offers owners a 360º service in the management of their properties: “On the one hand, we take care of the management of properties already owned and, on the other hand, we offer the Buy to Rent service through our personal real estate shopper, to clients who are not yet owners and want to invest”.Vega continues.
In both cases, FeelFree offers from complete advisory services in the buying and selling process, administrative procedures, etc., to the renovation and/or interior design with the architectural team to create unique spaces that meet the brand’s quality standards. Once the accommodation is ready, FeelFree provides owners with legal and tax advice and takes care of all services related to the rental of the accommodation.
